Why are the prices wrong sometimes?
We refresh prices once per day from public retailer sources. If a retailer changes a price mid-day or runs a flash special, we won't catch it until the next refresh. The price at the register is always the authoritative one.
How do I share my list with my partner / family?
Open Settings → Household and tap "Invite". Share the code with the person you want to add. They open Settings → Household → "Join" on their device and enter the code.
How do I leave a household?
Settings → Household → "Leave household". This removes your access to that list; the rest of the household keeps it.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → "Delete account". This removes your data within 30 days. If you'd rather have us do it manually, email the support address above.
The scanner can't find a product
Not all products are in our database. You can tap "Add as-is" to add the item without barcode information, or scan a different pack of the same product — sometimes individual packs have GTINs we haven't seen yet.
The app crashed
Sorry about that. Please email us with what you were doing — the more detail, the easier to fix.
Status
The Shops uses Supabase (Sydney region). If the app appears completely broken, it's worth checking the Supabase status page first.
